A sensitivity test is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to tinting services, and 48 hours for perming/lifting services.
Cancellation Policy
We will ask for a deposit to secure your booking - we understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require a cancellation. Out of respect for our therapists and stylists time, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or amendments to an appointment, deposits for cancelllations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
