The Rye Retreat Aveda Lifestyle salon and spa, situated in the ancient Cinque Port town of Rye, is the premier location to experience the Aveda ethos.

We use Aveda's naturally derived products, which are sourced without harming the environment.

 

Booking & Cancellation Policy – Card details will be required to secure any booking (please note that no money will be taken unless you fail to attend your appointment or you cancel your appointment within the terms set out below), a 50% deposit will be taken for any appointment duration over 3 hours, over £250 value, groups of 2 or more bookings, wedding bookings and any appointments on a Sunday.

If an appointment is cancelled OR amended with less than 48 hours notice then a 50% fee will be charged, if less than 24 hours notice or you fail to attend an appointment then 100% of the service/s will be charged.

By booking an appointment at The Rye Retreat you automatically agree to adhere to this booking and cancellation policy.
